Official Giveaway Rules

The giveaway is operated by VIP Sobre Ruedas. Administrative communications regarding the promotion may be sent to the contact information listed at the end of these Rules.

Eligibility

Unless a giveaway-specific page states otherwise, the promotion is intended for eligible legal residents of the United States, including Florida and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in administering the drawing, together with members of their immediate household when applicable, may be excluded.

Promotion Period

Only eligible entries received and recorded before the applicable closing deadline will be included in the final drawing.

How to Enter With a Digital Art Purchase

During the promotion period, a customer may purchase the official digital art offered for the current giveaway. After confirmed payment, each eligible digital-art unit purchased is assigned one participation number from the available number pool. The customer also receives access to the purchased digital art.

Participation Numbers

Participation numbers are assigned from the available number pool and are intended to be unique within the applicable giveaway. Purchase, promotional and approved mail-in entries use the same number pool so a participation number cannot be assigned twice.

Winner Selection and Odds

After the giveaway closes, the winner is selected at random from all eligible participation numbers recorded for the giveaway. The live drawing system records the selected winning number. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible participation numbers included in the final drawing.

The animated numbers displayed before the result are for presentation only; the official result is the number securely selected and recorded by the drawing system.

Prize

The prize is the vehicle or other item specifically identified on the Current Giveaway page and in the applicable promotional materials. The prize is awarded subject to the condition and terms disclosed for that giveaway. No cash substitution is permitted except where the Sponsor determines substitution is necessary or permitted by law.

The winner is responsible for taxes, registration, title, insurance, transportation, licensing and other costs not expressly stated as included, unless otherwise required by law or stated in the giveaway-specific terms.

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email or other contact information associated with the winning participation number. Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to verify identity and eligibility and complete documents reasonably required to transfer or claim the prize.

Failure to respond within the stated claim period, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to complete required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner where permitted.

General Conditions

VIP Sobre Ruedas may disqualify entries obtained through fraud, automated methods, manipulation, duplicate identities, payment abuse, chargebacks, tampering with the website or drawing system, or other conduct that undermines the integrity of the promotion.

If circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or operation of the promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway as permitted by applicable law and will preserve available records of eligible entries and administrative actions.

Privacy

Personal information submitted in connection with the giveaway is used to administer purchases, participation numbers, customer accounts, mail-in requests, winner verification, customer support and legal or regulatory obligations. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
