1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VIP Sobre Ruedas, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the Official Rules applicable to any giveaway in which you participate.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, payment process, customer accounts, participation-number system, or live drawing system.

• No fraud, false identities, or payment abuse.
• No bots, scraping tools, or automated systems intended to manipulate purchases or entries.
• No attempts to obtain duplicate or unauthorized participation numbers.

3. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their account credentials. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or email has been used without authorization.

4. Digital Art and Merchandise Purchases

VIP Sobre Ruedas may sell digital artwork, branded merchandise, and other promotional products. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and delivery terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms.

A product purchase is not a direct purchase of a prize.

5. Giveaway Participation

Participation in any giveaway is governed by the Official Rules for that promotion. Where a qualifying digital-art purchase includes a participation number, the number is assigned only after confirmed payment. A no-purchase method of entry is also provided as described in the Official Rules.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. VIP Sobre Ruedas does not store full payment-card numbers on this website. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

7. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

VIP Sobre Ruedas may update website features, schedules, or promotional details when reasonably necessary for technical, administrative, security, legal, or force-majeure reasons. Giveaway-specific changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Official Rules.

8. Intellectual Property

VIP Sobre Ruedas names, logos, artwork, site content, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing digital art grants only the personal-use rights stated with that product and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP Sobre Ruedas is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from website interruptions, third-party services, mail delays, device compatibility, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Governing Law and Territory

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Florida. Customers and entrants in Puerto Rico retain any mandatory protections provided by applicable Puerto Rico and federal law. Giveaway eligibility and dispute provisions may be further defined in the Official Rules.
